How this page works

  1. Pick the exam. Each one is three things: Rep questions (they mark themselves as you go), Write answers (type your answer like on the day, then see the model answer; the timed mock is here too) and Listen (the written answers read aloud, where there's a podcast). Placement and resits keep their own tools.
  2. Or just type. The search box knows everyday words like BP, obs, mg to mL, pedigree and abbreviations, plus every tool's name. The Library at the bottom of the first screen has every tool, including the videos and the 3D body.
  3. The tools are free practice, built from our own course material: the lecturers' quizzes, slides, case studies and demo videos. A student made them, not MIT, so if a tool and Canvas ever disagree, Canvas wins.
  4. Dates were last checked on . Each one disappears by itself once it has passed. Check Canvas for times and rooms.
  5. Your progress is saved inside each tool, in this browser on this device.
For the admin: where this page's content lives

Everything on this page comes from two lists at the top of the script in index.html (repo jeremyspm.github.io, local github/hub): TOOLS (name, link, one line, its kind and the paper it's filed under) and PAPERS (each paper's assessments: a date, and either three sides for an exam or a start tool and other tools). quiet moves an assessment most of the cohort is past to “Resits and catch-ups”.

To add a tool: one TOOLS entry, then name it in an assessment. Run node index.check.mjs before pushing. It fails on a link to a tool that doesn't exist, a bad date, a search word that lands in the wrong place, or a script that won't parse.
